Project Consulting Company with Its Free and Double Revisions
Our free revision policy provides courtesy assistance to guarantee complete satisfaction for the customer who has received the completed work. The revision policy applies to all orders except counseling, tuition, recruitment, social media marketing, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, link-building, PPC, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Transparent Revision Policy
Many consulting companies avoid having a clear-cut or transparent revision policy after the completion of work. They may claim to offer free, unlimited revisions, but this is merely a deceptive tactic to mislead customers. Upon project completion and entering the revision stage, they will unexpectedly impose additional charges without prior communication. They will employ ambiguous revision policies to manipulate and mislead their clients, which our enterprise will never do. Helps Ace has unequivocal and unambiguous revision policies and does not want to mislead our customers in any way. Hence, we are open and transparent about our clients’ policies (including our revision policy). Our enterprise offers a transparent revision policy, just as we provide transparent pricing without hidden charges.
Unlike other agencies, we don’t promise unlimited revisions and demand payment upon making modifications. Our policies are very straightforward; we do not cheat our clients, do not double-speak, and do what we say. Unlike other consulting groups, you can trust us 100% because we do not have misleading claims. It is one of the reasons our customers decide to trust us and recommend us to others. Our agency has a clear-cut, transparent revision policy to avoid cheating our clients like other ventures. Our clear-cut and transparent policies also speak volumes for our company’s ever-expanding worldwide customer base.
In the following sections, we will refer to ‘customer’ and ‘client’ as ‘you’ to prevent overuse of these terms. Please take a moment to learn more about our transparent revision policy, as detailed below:
Revision Policy Guidelines
Our renowned enterprise requires you to provide complete project specifications and instructions while placing orders. Instead of giving instructions after starting work, we need you to provide detailed specifications at the beginning while placing the order. The assigned expert(s) will start work immediately based on your task instructions. Providing detailed guidelines helps the designated professional understand the task in depth and complete the work accordingly. Once the experts have finished the job, you can provide your feedback, enabling them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. If the assigned team member deviates from your specifications provided during order placement, they will make the necessary modifications. Such issues occur only in rare cases where the specialist designated to your job deviates from following the task instructions.
- We offer up to two free revisions if the professional assigned to your job does not follow the original task instructions.
- If there are revision requests, they should be placed within the following specified period, starting from the order’s completion date. You must submit the first revision request within four days of completing the job and your second revision request, if any, within two days of the first revision’s completion. If you do not request revisions within these timelines, our establishment will assume that the completed job meets all your needs and that you are satisfied, and you will not be eligible for the free revisions. It intends that if you do not send in revision requests within the first four days of order completion, we assume you are satisfied with the order, and you will not be eligible for the two free revisions. Hence, the order will stand completed with no further free revisions permitted. We must receive the revision requests within the above-stated timeline to qualify for a free charge.
- It is also essential that the free revision requests be within the purview of the original order instructions. You may request a free revision if the specialist designated to your job deviates from your original task instructions. This implies that you should not base your revision requests on any new instructions you may have.
- After we complete the project, you will not be eligible for a free revision if you have additional requirements that are not included in the original task instructions. It would fall under the category of new instructions, and the free revisions will not cover them. You would then have to place a new order or make additional payments based on the requested details.
- If you need to create additional words, pages, or slides for research or writing assignments, these are considered new instructions and do not qualify for free revisions. In research or writing project instructions, asking to create a new argument, topic, sources, or anything new not included in the original task instructions will not be eligible for a free revision. For any other types of projects, such as transcription, translation, graphic design, video editing, audio editing, data entry, and more, you will not qualify for a free revision if you add any new instructions to your original order. For editing and proofreading tasks, if you made changes to your files based on our suggestions and asked us to look at them, it would not be a revision. It will be a new order because these are your latest changes, which were not part of the original project instructions. It would fall under the category of new instructions, and the free revisions will not cover them. You would then have to place a new order or make additional payments based on the requested details.
- If you and the assigned professional disagree about free revision, we will accurately determine the final decision. Our Quality Assurance (QA) department will make the final decision based on the revision policy stated on this web page. Our administrative unit would make an impartial decision without siding with any parties involved in the dispute.
- Even when we offer two free revisions, we reserve the right to restrict the number of revisions or dismiss revision requests based on particular situations. For example, we could dismiss the revision request if the client alters the original order instructions and returns the completed work for arbitrary reasons. Similarly, if the client takes undue advantage of the designated specialist and misuses the revision option for their benefit, the QA department could dismiss the revision request. The revision requests could also apply to the situations mentioned here and several others not stated here, based on each circumstance.
- Even when we clearly state our free revision policy, we are open to assisting you in any way possible. If you missed the two revision deadline(s) or missed any one of them, we can revise the file for a reasonable additional payment. We are also open to modifying the completed file for an extra fee if you have already used the two free revision facilities. We are also open to assisting you when you want to incorporate additional points not included in the initial project instructions. In that case, you can make the additions for extra pay (by placing a new order stating that you need to make a few additions to the completed order along with the Order ID). The expert designated will complete the work based on these new instructions.
Plagiarism and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Checking
Plagiarism and AI-usage checking apply only to writing projects. We will not check for AI and/or plagiarism in your project files for editing, proofreading, rewriting, video/audio/photo editing, sub-titling, or any other similar service because you and not our team would have created the project files for these services. Suppose the files we receive from you for the above-stated services (such as word editing, word proofreading, rewriting, video/audio/photo editing, sub-titling, or any other similar service) contain plagiarism and/or AI issues; we are not responsible, and no refunds are allowed.
Because of our long-term legacy and experience in this industry, our completed written files do not have plagiarism or AI issues. Our team adheres to our strict plagiarism and AI policy. We run a plagiarism and AI check on all the completed written work. However, in case of any complaints of plagiarism and use of AI exceeding 80%, we shall provide a 100% refund (deducting the third-party transfer or processing charges, if any). Please note that we have never faced such problems with high percentages. For a dispute, you must provide us with a plagiarism and/or AI report from renowned plagiarism and AI check companies such as Copyscape, Turnitin, Copycheck, Copyleaks, Enago, Scribbr, and others to show plagiarism and/or AI. After a complete assessment including manual check, if you are provided a refund for 80% and above AI and plagiarism rate, you must abandon the work, including any revisions or amendments we sent you. In addition, if you want, we can redo the files with a new specialist instead of refunding cases above 80%. We will redo files with plagiarism and/or AI issues below 80% and will not provide a refund in such cases. Please note that we have never faced problems of high plagiarism and/or AI use.
Please note that plagiarism and/or AI check tools state their reports as similarity reports and not exact plagiarism and/or AI reports. The basic principle is that these tools show only matching text, and do not prove plagiarism and/or use of AI. There could be instances wherein even (e.g. names of institutions, reference book and/or journal article titles, author names, quotes, calculations, formulas, repetition of terms, bibliography page, and others) could be flagged off as plagiarism or AI by these plagiarism and/or AI checking tools.
There have been a few instances wherein even after the writers correctly cited the sources and repeated those citations several times in the paper, those were flagged as plagiarism, showing a high plagiarism score. Another example is if the bibliography/works cited/reference page is included in the plagiarism checking software, the percentage will be very high again. Further, another example is wherein various word combinations like “And so we see that. . .” or “In order to determine. . .” could be repeated several times and these could be identified as a match by the checking software. Hence, it is important to manually check the areas flagged as plagiarism to determine whether the plagiarism scores are genuinely plagiarism. So, the critical fact is to manually look at the matter written rather than go by the percentage score shown by the checking software. When we proved these issues rationally, our clients understood and were very happy and relieved with our company. We are here to assist you in all possible ways and never to dupe you or commit fraud.
It is important to note these above issues, not to consider the plagiarism and/or AI reports from reputable companies at face value, and apply logic and reasoning. Our team will cross-check the report you submit to understand issues of plagiarism and/or AI with our plagiarism and/or AI reports, along with a manual cross-checking of instances of plagiarism and/or AI issues. We shall also have a proper realistic discussion with you in such cases. We will do our best to resolve the issue amicably, as we believe in achieving customer satisfaction.
