It is also understandable that this conformity intends to ensure you receive work done by us based on your order. Accepting the terms and conditions implies your approval to use your credit card to pay for our assistance. Our company uses various payment methods to receive payments for the help rendered with the agreed-upon total price quote. You confirm that you are of legal age to purchase our service(s) by executing a payment. If the client is a minor, their parent(s) or guardian will act on their behalf. We warn you that we will report any illegal use of unauthorized credit cards to the relevant legal enforcement agencies for further investigation and legal action. We frequently engage with cybercrime prevention authorities and promptly report such fraudulent activities for prosecution.

1.  LEGAL AGE

You must be at least 18 years of legal age to execute this agreement with our company, and you must understand, agree to, and accept all of the terms and conditions of the policies stated in this agreement.

2. MINORS

In cases where the customer is a legal minor, the parent or guardian will execute this agreement on the customer’s behalf and will understand, agree, and accept all of the terms and conditions of the policies stated in this agreement.

3. PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS

You must state the task specifications comprehensibly, clearly, and entirely because the quotes you receive will be based on your shared guidelines. Before you receive the final quote, you must give unambiguous task instructions or correct them if there are mistakes. We will not accept new order directives after you make payments. Before making any payments, you must provide complete and all-inclusive task specifications. We will also not offer a refund if your task instructions are not clear, detailed, or comprehensive. In such cases, you will have to place a new buy request. Our work depends on your guidelines; therefore, you must provide accurate specifications before you receive the final quote. We cannot fulfill an inherent warranty or guarantee claim if you do not clarify your task directives before you receive the final quote.

Before making payments, you must evaluate the instructions to confirm that you have included all relevant details and information. We won’t accept additional specifications if they arrive after you make payments based on the final quote. If additional specifications come in after making payments or after work starts, it could result in re-quotes, a delay in meeting the deadline/plan/program, and an extra burden for the designated professional. So, to avoid these issues, we have a clear-cut policy that all project instructions should be submitted before you receive the final quote and before you make the payments based on this final quote, not later. After making payments, you should place a new buy request if you have to add new project instructions. You are requested to adhere to this requirement to avoid a violation of this agreement.

4. ORDER PAYMENT

After receiving the price quotes, you can pay us if the prices are acceptable. Helps Ace accept total, full payments for all our services (except a few select services). Except for services specifically mentioned or agreed upon, the job begins only upon receiving full payment. We should communicate in writing if we agree to a partial payment for any project. We have a transparent and reliable payment process in place.

• Where Specific Deadlines Are Strictly Applicable: We calculate the deadline from the date of payment receipt and time. We need to receive payments on time to ensure we meet deadlines. Therefore, you must provide timely payments, enabling us to meet your deadlines. You can use our assistance after paying the full or partial payment fees (wherever agreed upon and is available in writing for select services). The terms stated in this section usually apply to all orders except counseling, tuition, accounting, bookkeeping, recruitment, SEO, SEM, link-building, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services.

• Where Deadlines Are Not Much Applicable: For orders such as counseling, tuition, book-keeping, recruitment, SEO, SEM, link-building, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services, wherein deadlines for submission of projects are not considerable and work on a specific plan/program, the following will be applicable. Wherever advance payments are appropriate, we must receive payments on time using the approved payment methods available on the Helps Ace website to ensure we meet your plan/program requirements. To say otherwise, you must provide timely payments, enabling us to meet your plan/program requirements. Any failure to send payments in time will create delays in work completion.

5. MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT

You are welcome to use a membership discount to get the service at a lower price. The discount applies when you meet the eligibility requirements, and the discount facility is available during a specific period. You can see all the information about membership discounts on our company website when available. A membership discount must be available during the order placement process to appear on the order and payment form or to be manually entered into the order and payment form.

6. PAYMENT VERIFICATION POLICY

As our valued customer, you must cooperate with us to safeguard your task and payment data and prevent potential fraud. Hence, your immediate or prompt attention to the verification query on the billing data is essential. Our enterprise has a schedule for completing the payment verification processes by the specified deadlines. You must verify the billing information within 6 hours for tasks ranging from a deadline of 48 hours to 10 days and beyond. If the deadline falls between 12 and 24 hours, you must verify the billing information within an hour to validate the inherent warranties and guarantees. When the deadline is less than 12 hours, you must check the billing information within 20 minutes to confirm the intrinsic warranties and guarantees.

7. ACCURATE CONTACT DETAILS

When making a buy request, it is your exclusive responsibility to register with us using a correct, valid email address to which you have regular access. Additionally, for contact purposes, it is crucial to provide an accurate mobile/cell phone number with country code, and preferably a number with a WhatsApp facility to which you have regular access. During the completion of your job, several situations may arise that necessitate communication with you. We can only send you the completed task file or discuss anything relating to your project, payment issues, or anything urgent if you provide a valid and accurate email address and a cell/mobile phone number to which you have regular access. Providing an incorrect mobile/cell phone number and/or email ID or a mobile/cell phone number and/or email ID to which you have no access or have less regular access during your order placement may impact your task completion. It will amount to a breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the forfeiture of any implied warranty or guarantee. A delay in task completion due to this issue of wrong contact details, irregular or no access, wherein we cannot contact you for over a month, will lead to cancellation of orders with no refund.

8. SOURCES FOR ORDERS

If your project requires any sources to be included, it will apply to you, or else this section will not apply. Writing orders, for example, encompasses using various sources such as books, journals, newspapers, interviews, web-based materials, and more unless you specify which documents to use or exclude. Graphic designs could include using certain types of images. When sending your project instructions, you should also include your source requirements. Before receiving the quote, inform us about the type, number of sources, and name (if applicable). Do notify us whether the expert we assigned to you will be free to choose the sources suited for your task. If you have any specific source requirement that is difficult to access and is not readily available online, you must provide us with a soft copy for the expert. While placing the order, you must contact us for information on where to send the soft copy. If the source is available online, and the expert cannot access it, you must provide its online access.

The professionals allotted for your project can work only if they can access the sources you specify. Hence, you must make these sources available before or during the order placement time. If you cannot provide the resources during order placement, you must send them within the following time frame.

14 days and beyond the deadline: We must receive the sources within the first 24 hours.

12–14-day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 20 hours.

10–12-day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 16–20 hours.

8–10 day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 14–16 hours.

6–8-day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 10–12 hours.

4-6-day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 8–10 hours.

2-4-day deadline: We must receive sources within the first 6–8 hours.

24–48 hours deadline: We must receive sources within the first 4 hours.

12 hours–24-hour deadline: We must receive sources within the first hour.

You must adhere to the abovementioned schedule to avoid delays in your task completion. You must grant an extension if we do not receive the sources or materials by the above deadline. 9. COMMUNICATION

As a customer, you must regularly check and respond to our emails and WhatsApp messages. Our enterprise rarely uses WhatsApp for communication because email will be the primary method in almost 99.99% of cases. Responding quickly to emails and WhatsApp messages is necessary to meet deadlines and prevent job delays. Responding immediately to any queries, concerns, or supplementary guidelines requested by the individual assigned to your task is essential. Your non-cooperation will include not responding to messages, not sending accurate instructions required to complete the job, and more. If non-cooperation persists despite repeated requests, and the situation continues for over a month, we will cancel the order and issue no refund. The customer agrees that during the term period of the agreement and for one (1) year following the termination of the contract with Helps Ace, the customer will not, directly or indirectly, attempt to solicit, call upon, take away, or divert any of the tutors, writers, researchers, graphic designers, website designers, data entry experts, virtual assistants, digital marketing-SEM-SEO and related services experts, accountants, bookkeepers, other professional experts, administrative staff and other staff of the company, business, or partners of Helps Ace that the customer has come to know during or after the customer’s contract with Helps Ace for their purpose or the purpose of their family, business, or any other person/business.

21. COPYRIGHT POLICY

Our venture has a complete and all-inclusive copyright policy for the contents of the Helps Ace website. You shall agree that you will not circulate, publish, transfer, amend, present, or produce the contents of the Helps Ace website without our written consent.
