Placing an order with Helps Ace implies that you, as a customer, have understood, accepted, and agreed to the following terms and conditions for using our service(s). It is also understandable that this conformity intends to ensure you receive work done by us based on your order. Accepting the terms and conditions implies your approval to use your credit card to pay for our assistance. Our company uses various payment methods to receive payments for the help rendered with the agreed-upon total price quote. You confirm that you are of legal age to purchase our service(s) by executing a payment. If the client is a minor, their parent(s) or guardian will act on their behalf. We warn you that we will report any illegal use of unauthorized credit cards to the relevant legal enforcement agencies for further investigation and legal action. 4. ORDER PAYMENT
After receiving the price quotes, you can pay us if the prices are acceptable. Helps Ace accept total, full payments for all our services (except a few select services). Except for services specifically mentioned or agreed upon, the job begins only upon receiving full payment. We should communicate in writing if we agree to a partial payment for any project. We have a transparent and reliable payment process in place.
- Where Specific Deadlines Are Strictly Applicable: We calculate the deadline from the date of payment receipt and time. We need to receive payments on time to ensure we meet deadlines. Therefore, you must provide timely payments, enabling us to meet your deadlines. You can use our assistance after paying the full or partial payment fees (wherever agreed upon and is available in writing for select services). - Where Deadlines Are Not Much Applicable: For orders such as counseling, tuition, book-keeping, recruitment, SEO, SEM, link-building, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing services, wherein deadlines for submission of projects are not considerable and work on a specific plan/program, the following will be applicable. Wherever advance payments are appropriate, we must receive payments on time using the approved payment methods available on the Helps Ace website to ensure we meet your plan/program requirements. To say otherwise, you must provide timely payments, enabling us to meet your plan/program requirements. Any failure to send payments in time will create delays in work completion.
5. MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT
You are welcome to use a membership discount to get the service at a lower price. The discount applies when you meet the eligibility requirements, and the discount facility is available during a specific period. A membership discount must be available during the order placement process to appear on the order and payment form or to be manually entered into the order and payment form.
6. PAYMENT VERIFICATION POLICY

A delay in task completion due to this issue of wrong contact details, irregular or no access, wherein we cannot contact you for over a month, will lead to cancellation of orders with no refund.
8. SOURCES FOR ORDERS
If your project requires any sources to be included, it will apply to you, or else this section will not apply. The customer agrees that during the term period of the agreement and for one (1) year following the termination of the contract with Helps Ace, the customer will not, directly or indirectly, attempt to solicit, call upon, take away, or divert any of the tutors, writers, researchers, graphic designers, website designers, data entry experts, virtual assistants, digital marketing-SEM-SEO and related services experts, accountants, bookkeepers, other professional experts, administrative staff and other staff of the company, business, or partners of Helps Ace that the customer has come to know during or after the customer’s contract with Helps Ace for their purpose or the purpose of their family, business, or any other person/business.
21. COPYRIGHT POLICY
Our venture has a complete and all-inclusive copyright policy for the contents of the Helps Ace website. You shall agree that you will not circulate, publish, transfer, amend, present, or produce the contents of the Helps Ace website without our written consent.
